Get The Look: Lily Collins in M83's "Claudia Lewis"

I just recently watched the new video "Claudia Lewis" from the album Hurry Up Were Dreaming by M83 and I just fell in love with the style. The long blue hair and red raincoat over a knitted cardigan and floral black dress which was accessorized with lace up military boots and some some dark tights, this outfit will look great this fall. I got inspired to put together an outfit just like the one Lily wore for the video and here is what I found.
