Stop Child Obesity

I know that in my blog I post all about fashion but this is a topic that some parents might be concerned about, child obesity  is a big problem in the U.S; In 2010 more than one third of children and adolescents were overweight or obese and the problem is not getting any better today. The book caters kids from ages 7-17 and their parents who want to know about appropriate exercises, workouts, nitration, mental strategies and key emotional eating triggers to help kids back on track for a healthy and fit lifestyle.
